Well today I passed ownership of the boat to a person that sent me an
email the day after you placed my MacGregor 26X for sale on your web
site. He and his wife looked at the boat last Saturday and called me on
Sunday to offer me full price. I have also had three other serious
inquires from people who wanted to travel to Austin to look at the
