Cabin: stainless steel sink with new manual pump faucet, V-berth sleeps 2 adults, settee sleeps 2 adults, also can sleep one adult under Port side if need be.
Cockpit: 6' seats in cockpit, rudder steering, trolling motor. We have a 5hp 4 stroke 2008 mariner outboard for sale, but is not included with the boat
Rigging: Sheets and cam cleats replaced this year. Brand new rubber coated fluke anchor.
Sails: Sails are in great shape. Main w/cover, hank on 150% Jenny and storm Jib
This is a great cruiser! We have really enjoyed sailing this boat at Mark Twain Lake and hate to see her go, but are needing a little more room for the kids. She is very predictable and sails great in lite and heavy winds. She points very well and takes a lot to get her heeled over. Also included with the boat is a 1975 trailer with new tires, lights and wiring and is very road worthy. As far as the interior, we have recovered the cushions and all the wiring, interior lights, and electrical outlets inside are brand new, and also has 30amp/125 volt shore power. This boat also has standing headroom, which is very uncommon for a 24' boat. It has a 20 Gallon freshwater tank under the V-berth that can be filled from the deck. She does not have a marine head, but comes with a porta-potty that sits on port side in front of the V-berth. If you have any questions about this great boat, please feel free to call anytime.
