Boat is sound and fast and in fair condition. When I bought her there were cracks around the companionway hatch which I sealed. I have never had a problem with this in the 10 years I owned the boat. The keel needs to be faired and the bottom needs painting. Schedule just doesn't provide time to do the little it will take to bring this boat to the condition she deserves.
