This Minifish sailboat is the little sister to the slightly larger
Sunfish. It is a fun little sailboat that is perfect for kids and
average to smaller adults.
It is in average condition for a 25 year old boat. I believe the sail is
original and is showing it age. I had to apply sailtape on the lower
section of the blue panel when i got it. There are some stains and a few pin holes.
Still perfectly useable for just having fun. The hull has the scrapes and
scratches. When i got the boat, there were three dings where the gelcoat
had come offf the fibreglass. Not holes, just the gelcoat cracked .
I touched up the surrounding gelcoat and exposed fibreglass, then sealed
off the fibreglass with epoxy, and painted. The hull is solid.
Included with the boat is a trailer that is getting pretty rusty and one
of the light lens is broken. On the plus side - the lights work fine and the
tires good showing no weathering.
I hope i was not too negative about the boat. Its an older boat, but
still has a lot of years of fun left in it.
