If you want a one of a kind sailboat that everybody will stop and stare at, then this is the one for you. This boat has been changed from a sloop into a gaff schooner with running back stays. The rigging is all stainless steel and less than a year old. The sails are in good shape 85% or better. 25HP diesel, VHF radio, CD player, west system bottom 6 months old, and an Edson steering helm pedestal. I will also throw in 3 sails, a lot of rope, 3 more anchors, and a ton of rigging items.
There are only a few things that need to be done before this boat is fully restored. Shore power, head, kitchen, water system, and the A/C are the only things that need to be completed. I had a boat survey done on the boat less than a month ago at Seabrook ship yard that is available upon request.
