I am the third owner of this boat, and a good friend of mind was the previous owner for the last 15 years. This boat was sailed up until November 2004, and is ready to go. Boat is in good condition, main and two jibs are also in good condition. This boat has got to be one of the biggest 27 foot sailboats there is, and it sails VERY well. Headroom in the main saloon is 6 feet 2 inches. Cushions have newer custom fabric cushions. Running lights, Cabin lights, Newer head ( 3 years old), new microwave, shore power, and lots of additional items that make this boat ready to sail. Inboard engine is an Atomic 4 (30 H.P.), runs great. The boat is solid, no soft spots. Take a look at the photos (and these photos were taken BEFORE I cleaned it up, refinished the exterior wood, etc). No smoke and mirrors, this is a nice boat for a good price. Would consider trading for a small trailerable cruiser.
