1985 Newport 30 MK II
Boat is in excellent condition with all systems in working order. Purchased
by current owner in October of 2004. Currently, no broker involved. Boat
will be handed over to broker for sale in early November. Great care has
been taken with the upkeep of this vessel. Meticulous repair and maintenance
records will be provided, including receipts. All mechanical issues that
were found during the initial 2004 purchase survey were immediately taken
care of (new cutlass bearing, exhaust manifold, dripless packing gland,
Racor fuel filter, AC thru-hull, propeller shaft and bottom job). Wind,
Speed, Depth and GPS Chartplotter recently installed at helm. All new
matching burgundy Sunbrella canvas recently installed throughout. Standing
rigging recently inspected and tuned. All lines led aft to cockpit for easy
