This is a freshwater boat. The boat has a fiberglass hull which was painted professionally with Awlgrip approximately 4 years ago. The sails were brand new approximately 5 years ago. At that time the interior seat cushions were re-upholstered with Sunbrella fabric. The boat sleeps up to 6 and makes a great day sailer. It has a swing keel which allows sailing to depths of 3'3". It has a nice size galley with ice box, along with a fold down table. Fully enclosed head with porta potty and hanging locker, sink and cupboard space. Winch handle in pocket, along with roller furling. Also included is boat cradle. Engine is an 11 HP inboard diesel that runs great and has been well maintained.

Cockpit cushions - The cushions are made of 2" closed-cell foam covered with Sunsure, a woven fabric made with PVC-coated yarn. Which means the cushions float, dry quickly, won't absorb water, and are resistant to mildew, rot, and UV rays.
The boat is in wonderful shape and has been well maintained. The boat is presently in winter storage, but we anticipate putting it in the water in late May/early to mid June. We have moved to Florida, and are looking for a quick sale, so price has been reduced. If there is serious interest, the boat can be made available earlier than June.
