David, I finally sold my Paceship, someone got a heck of a deal at $7750 . I also put it on Craigs List, and a guy from Milwaukee saw it there and came up this morning and bought it. Also this morning, a guy from New York called and wanted to buy it sight unseen after seeing it on Sailing Texas, he was a little unhappy when I called him back and told him someone bought it. Thank you very much for listing it on Sailing Texas, I have referred several other sailers in the area to your site, and they have all been happy..
Thanks again
Bob
