In Texas, any boat under 14 feet without a engine is exempt from title and
registration, so no need to worry about that.
This boat is missing the spreaders, but I have the dimensions, and you can easily make them for $10-15 worth of materials from any hardware store, I just never got around to it, I just sailed it without them.
Also comes with 2 life jackets, a buoyant cushion, and a boat cover. The cover is in pretty poor condition.
The boat has some small cracks in the floor, the worst
shown in the included picture, but none that effect performance.
