Previous owner was racing sailor and a professional mechanic.
This is a great old boat. She is roomy, stable, and very forgiving. Gary Mull designed her as a racer/cruiser and she is fast. She is 37 years old and has the to-be-expected minor dock rash and signs of age but she is rock-solid and 100% ready to sail today. Her only short-comings are cosmetic. I'm making her sound worse than she is because I'd rather a prospective buyer be pleasantly surprised than thinking I was less than honest. We are selling her only because we want to purchase an RV trailer and can't afford payments on both. If she doesn't sell quickly I will probably pull her off the market until Spring because the best sailing season of the year is coming. You are also getting $1,680.00 worth of prepaid slip rental and will only have to pay $55.00/mo until April, 2011.
