Cabin and hull are dry, never had water in the bilge. Topsides are in good shape, with teak needing some care. Cabin is in excellent shape, teak/holly sole, custom cushions, small center galley. Lots of storage in cabin, and below cockpit. Needs to have the bottom painted, and blisters repaired if they bother you. This boat can be sailed and enjoyed as is.
