The boat is in good shape with the exception of a few small things that wouldn't take much for someone to fix. I just don't have the time, money, or know-how to fix them myself.
Fiberglass has no cracks/crazing.
Stays are all in great condition.
There has been no hurricane damage.
New batteries and charger.
Depth finder, cd player and lights are all working. The only electronic that doesn't work is the radio (I cut the antenna wire while rewiring the mast).
The mainsail is for a Catalina 22 and probably needs to be recut to fit perfectly.
I disconnected the plumbing from the toilet to the holding tank/through hull and never got around to reconnecting it.
The original pressurized alcohol stove doesn't work.
The bimini was screwed to the deck with wood screws rather than bolted with a backing plate and the screws stripped out a few months ago. It won't take much to reattach that.
There is no threw-deck connector for the mast wiring.
The sliding panel for the top of the hatch has a crack in it.
