  • Previous owner stated that core was locally replaced with closed cell foam. Several small chips and stress cracks in upper gelcoat that could use some attention but no structural damage.

Overall a sound and very sailable boat. Cushions are intact but in need of recovering. Teak is intact with no chips, weathered but has been oiled and looks fair.

Boat is sitting on a Fleet Cap'n trailer. Tires are weathered but tread is good.Has one broken bunkboard. I have the replacement and will replace if I get the opportunity. LH Fender has a broken weld at the back. Springs are weak but not broken. This trailer should be sufficient for most transportation needs with the addition of some tires, but does require some attention.

    David,
The San Juan sold for the listed price, and found an enthusiastic owner in Illinois. Thank you again for your excellent service.
