I'm moving up to a larger boat so I'm selling the SJ21. The boat and sails are in good shape and the motor starts easy. It is located in a slip at Bayview marina, Lake Ray Hubbard (the rent is paid up til May 31, 2006). Bayview marina is a fun place to keep a boat. I get use of pavillions with barbecue grills and a swimming pool. Also there is a floating sports bar.
