The San Juan 23 has what is probably the most spacious cabin of any boat its size.

The boat has a 12V and a 30 amp 110v shorepower system.

The motor is a 25" Extra long shaft 4 stroke 6hp Tohatsu that was bought new in 2007. The motor has very few hours on it and still looks new.

It is in the water on Clear Lake and is ready to sail.
