This sailboat has a solid teakwood kitchenette and floor w/ a fold up & down table along with wet bar, sink, and 50 gallon fresh water reservoir tank beneath the stern deck. It sleeps 4 people. It has ac/dc hook-up cabin panel modules for accessories as well as an inside panel for all bow, mast, and stern running lights. It has a bow spring pop up plexi-glass window for bow sleeping quarters. This boat is strong due to her unitized hull and deck structure and stable with her high-lift 960 lb fixed keel centerboard and is superbly equipped with an aluminum toe-rail, winches, 32' retractible mast with new sail, jib sail & boom vang, jiffy reefing, main-sheet traveller, tracks, fairleads, anchor locker on the bow & deep supply lockers on the stern. It is very sea worthy & lake worthy.
Also, as a bonus, I will throw in a new $1,200 Johnson Sailmaster 8hp outboard motor only used twice with a 4'-6" shaft made especially for the sailboats with high sterns.
This particular vessel has been a racing contender in Lake Conroe and is sleek and fast.
The boat is located in fresh water Lake Conroe in a marina slip outside Houston Texas.
