1970 Santana 22 hull #532
Trailer included with launching extention. good tires & bearings, lights worked last trip out, will check them again. roller broke off of trailer on last use boat sits fine on others-see pics.(loaned trailer to friend to move his boat, didn't know he couldn't steer worth a darn.) replacement is available from manuf.
4hp outboard included-missing top cover-runs great.
sails: main, 110% lapper jib, 150% mylar racing genoa, spinnaker, all sails in near new condition, & built to class specs.
boat hull & topsides in good condition -no blisters or damage.
Keel is faired into hull
interior has dinette version as opposed to full settees, lots of wood inside.
Registrations are current on boat and trailer (as of 02\06)
has bow pulpit and stern pushpit and all lifelines
Inst: knotmeter, depth finder(uses fishfinder)
Needs-tlc & minor repair to setee on port side. had leak-wood rotted-I removed-leak fixed
has no rub rail-had wood rail I removed because of rot. you choose if you want more wood or rubber-both are available.
bottom paint is flaking off from being on trailer for past 2 years-would need fresh coat if you leave in water.
even without any repairs boat could sail tomorrow no problem-all cosmetic.
Boat handles and sails like a Santana -fast and comfortable-easily singlehanded well mannered-no bad habits.
