    Accommodations

  • Efforts to offer good cruising accommodations in a race-conscious interior have resulted in a wonderful unobstructed interior plan ideal for both racing and cruising. Six feet of headroom and a 12' beam. Vanity with head, sink, varnished cabin sole (new 2004). A generous chart table is opposite the galley. Four large settee berths in the main cabin and two quarter berths aft. Cushions are original and need to be replaced.

    Galley

  • Galley is to port and equipped with an ice box, a deep stainless steel sink, and stove. Good storage and counter space.

    Electronics

  • TickTack (new in 2004) mast mounted compass (lift \ headers). Garmin Chart plotter \ GPS ( new in 2004). VHF radio. KVH electronic depth finder and speedo.

    Electrical

  • 2 12-volt ships power (one replaced in 2008), 110-volt shore power. 10-amp battery charger (new in 2005).

    Deck

  • The Schock 35' has a 12' cockpit with the 2 primaries are at waist level for ease of tailing and winching functions. Secondary's (total of 4) are on cabin deck, Teak foot rest with traditional transom. Tiller steering with auto pilot. Main sheet blocking with fine tune adjustment. Spring loaded vang system.     RIGGING:

  • Navtech hydraulic backstay adjuster (rebuilt 2007). White epoxy painted aluminum mast (repainted and re-rigged 2006) and boom. New Harken low profile roller furler (with duel head sail tracks) new in 2007. Spinnaker pole, Lewmar 3-speed primary winches. New main, jib, and spinnaker halyards in 2007, new spinnaker sheets in 2005, new jib sheets 2008, new topping lift 2008, many other trim and control lines replaced in 2008. New deck clutches 2008, new turning blocks 2008, new spinnaker blocks 2008.

    RUDDER: New upper and lower bearings in 2009.

    Bottom: Baltoplate, reapplied in 2009.

    PROP: MARTEC folding prop, refurbished in 2009.

    COVERS: Winch and tiller covers all new in 2009, boom cover new in 2004 and still in very good shape.
