Boat is currently docked at the city marina boat slip which has a 2 year waiting list. The option is yours to keep the slip with a monthly fee to City of Port Aransas. With a slip included, your guaranteed a sailing trip or a weekend get away and never have to worry where to dock for the night.
This was my father's boat and he passed away unexpectedly. Therefore I do not know much about the boat but can try to answer any questions. The boat needs some electrical, plumbing, and engine work. The boat also needs some TLC for cosmetic work. She is a beautiful boat just needs someone that has the time to take care of her and bring her back to tip top shape.
The sailboat has been around the world twice or so the previous owner told us. But since my father bought it, it has only been 10 miles from the harbor. Weekend sailing or leisure sailing at the most. For the last year he has kept it docked at the marina and has not sailed it as far as I know since it was dry docked last fall. It was dry docked last fall to have the hull refinished and repainted. The shaft was also repacked.
It is docked at Port Aransas, TX. You can contact the harbor master for a showing of the boat. His name is Jeff. 361-749-5429. The reason for this as I am in Amarillo TX. He clears all showings of the sailboat through me first. You can only see the boat M-F 8-5. Contact the harbor master with concerns to these times and concerns for the slip.
The slip fee is $579/quarter or $248/month. This does not include electric and other bills.
