I just wanted to inform you that I did receive three e-mails in response to the ad I placed on your site, however I ended up selling the boat to a marina in MD "Grab Bag Sailboats" for $2,800. It needed some work which I didn't have time or money to do myself. The boat is still for sale and has been fixed up. It is currently listed at $6,500. So I am not sure what you want to list as the sale price for your records.
