It has been well cared for and is in good condition.
It has a trailer that is also in good condition with new tires in 2006.
Also the boat has new bottom paint in 2006 and 2 new aluminum Lemar #7 winches.
All sails (main, 100% jib, storm jib and drifter)are in good condition with bags. The storm jib and the drifter are new in 2006.
Cushions in the cabin are in good condition as well.
The bright work needs touching up but I believe that is the only thing that needs attention at this time.
It has been a very good boat for us.
