Cabin is in very good condition.

extra lines
fenders, etc.
Sails are in good shape. Comes with main, 150 genoa, jib, & storm jib.
All exterior wood was restained about 1 month ago (pictures were taken before restaining).
The interior seat cushions were reupholstered recently and are in great condition.
