Galley
The U shaped galley is located to starboard. Double stainless steel sinks are located aft with ample storage for cooking utensils. Pressurized and manual (foot pump new in 2004) fresh water pumps and manual (hand) salt water pump located in galley. Two propane tanks in vented cockpit locker. Marinetic shutoff solenoid switch for propane. Three burner propane gimballed stove and oven with butcher block top for additional counter space when not in use. Adler Barbour refrigeration / freezer has top and front access. Upgraded condensor fan on refrigeration to more efficient and higher volume CFM (2005). Microwave oven.
Electronics
Datamarine Wind, Depth, Speed, and waterproof speakers mounted in a professionally crafted teak instrument box located above companionway. Benmar autopilot with remote control capability from cockpit. Sitex 16NM radar, Icom VHF and hailer (2001), Loran - Raymarine primary and Mircrologic backup, Electronic hailer / fog horn, new hailer speaker on spreader (2004), AM FM Cassette. Instrument ground system - Dynaplate sintered bronze ground plate. Compass mounted in binnacle (with switched night vision light).
Electrical
Cruise Air Marine AC / Heat 16,000 BTU. Three house batteries (2- 2004 and 1- 2005) and dedicated starting battery (2004). Custom built battery box (2004) and vented battery box (2005). House battery selector switch and heavy duty high amp selector switch for starting battery (2004). Battery Chargers - Truecharge 20+/40+ (2002) and 10amp charger for starting battery (2004). Six 12 volt fans throughout cabin, Red night vision lights at cabin sole throughout and in cockpit, Spreader lights (forward and aft) and stern spreader light on teak bridge, 12v lights in main storage compartments and hanging lockers, Automatic 12v bilge pump, 12v water pressure pump with accumulator tank, 12v shower sump pump (2005). Mast rewired 11/2004. Masthead tri-color - Aqua Signal with anchor light (2004). Rechargable hand vac (2002), 12v Qbeam. Deck/Hull
Fiberglass deck. Awlgrip non-skid (2003). Four teak dorade boxes with white fiberglass cowls. Teak main butterfly and forward hatches. Sunbrella covers on hatches. Bronze striker on teak rub rail. Stainless steel striker on cap rail. Bronze striker protect teak cap rail from anchor chain and rode. Teak butterfly hatch midship and teak forward hatch with lexan. Stout stanchions and double life lines. Folding stainless steel swim ladder located on starboard stern quarter. Full Bimini that was raised for additional height with zip in sun filter shades (2003). Dodger with cover (2003). Boat awning by ShadeTree - protects canvas and deck from UV (2003). Hull: Epoxy barrier protection was applied below waterline (1985).
Sails / Rigging:
Standing rigging including turnbuckles replaced 11/2004. Replaced with non-swage fittings (Norseman terminal fittings- mechanical fittings). Profurl roller furling on headsail (11/2004). Schaeffer roller furling on staysail. Main (3 reef points), jib and staysail are all Neil Pryde sails. Additional sails include storm jib and cruising spinaker with sock. Lazy jacks on main. Stainless steel mast steps on mast (insulated with polymer to prevent galvanic corrosion (inspected 11/2004). Self tailing winches for headsail.
Winches: Mast: 1 Harken self tailing - Main; 3 #15 Barlow halyard winches. Cockpit: 2 #22 self tailing winches; 3 #20 Barlow sheet winches for main and staysail.
Running rigging: Jib halyard 11/2004, Main sheet 2005
Lightning Ground Protection System - Redirects a lightning strike from lightning rod affixed to the top of mast to a custom fabricated copper grounding plate mounted on the bottom of the hull. Provides a more direct path for lightening dissipation to water. Lightning Master installed 11/2004.
Four anchors - 22 lb Danforth, two 45 lb CQR, 13 lb Danforth (lunch hook) mounted on stern pulpit. 200 feet of 3/8" galvanized chain. 250 feet of rode. 150 feet of rode for lunch hook anchor. Additional stainless steel and bronze anchor rollers were added to pulpit to accomodate the larger anchors. Simpson Lawrance Sea Tiger windlass. 30 feet snubber line to attach to chain.
Four point mounting pad eyes for a life raft (life raft not included). Horseshoe buoy, Flares, EPIRB, ABC Fire Extinguishers.. located in head and quarterberth.
2 boat hooks, 1 portable manual bilge pump, Wooden plugs attached to each thru-hull. Sea Anchor, Lee Cloth for main salon berth. Ships brass bell with mount located in cockpit.
Safety:
Achilles 11' dingy and ores - capacity 1100 lbs. 8HP Evinrude outboard (carb overhauled 2003). 3.5 gallon fuel tank with hose. Stainless steel outboard engine hoist located on teak bridge on stern allows one person to lower with block and tackle system to dingy.
Brass ships clock, barometer and thermometer are mounted to the bulkhead in the main salon.
Gaskets on all ports replaced 2005
