The Tortoise dingy is a fun little boat that can be sailed, or used as a Pond Fishing Boat using a paddle or the Trolling Motor.
Dingy was designed to use a 38 sq ft sunfish type lateen sail. Boat comes with the two spars, mast, centerboard, bleachable rudder and tiller, but not the sail cloth. Sail can be made from poly tarp material for very little cost. I have an old tore Sunfish sail that can be used for sail material if wanted.
Boat is equipped with folding legs and wheels, to use to transport boat to water's edge. Wheels and legs can be removed, or replaced, or folded, in 30-seconds.
Like new Minn Kota 30# thrust trolling motor and battery case is also contained in this package. Trolling motor has been used about 30-minutes.
Price can reduced by $70.00 if Trolling Motor, battery case and electrical wiring is not desired.
