1978 True North 34 cutter "Chiron"
Designed by Stan Huntingford. Built 1978 by Hylux Co. Taipei, Taiwan.
Displacement: 26,000 lbs.

The bow was damaged during hurricane Ivan in Grenada. The damage was to the bowsprit, stem post and into the chain locker, above the waterline.
No water entered the boat during the hurricane, the damage was contained in the chain locker.
The damage has been repaired and the bowsprit replaced. The hull remains to be painted and the repairs are presently able to be viewed through chain locker access hatch in for'd cabin.
Interior is built of solid, Burmese teak, as is her exterior trim.
Galley is to port with twin sinks above louvered doors to access storage space under counter top inboard of top loading fridge/freezer. Water cooled 12VDC refrigeration compressor under sinks. Stainless steel gimballed stove with 2 burners, oven and grill. 12VDC/110VAC front door refrigerator under aft counter top with fitted 110VAC microwave above counter top.
Fitted locker space outboard and under port deck.
Navigation station to starboard.
True Charge 110V battery charger, Echo sounder, GPS, VHF, Autopilot.
Aft of the navigation station is a quarter berth. A double 'pull-out' extends from the stb'd day berth. Port day berth is "L" shaped. Cabin table extends to serve stb'd side.
Forward to port is the head with wash basin and shower.
Forward to starboard are storage lockers and a hanging closet.
An offset v-berth with storage underneath is at the bow.
Access to the chain locker through a hatch in the for'd bulkhead.
Hull is a solid GRP lay up with insulation. Deck & superstructure are fibreglass with moulded tread. Full keel with encapsulated lead. Outboard rudder.

3-blade [position: Protected] bronze prop. 1-1/4".Prop shaft with PSS drip less seal.
High output 12V Balmar alternator with Max Charge voltage regulator.

Rig and sails [full batten main] in reasonable condition.
