I have owned the boat for 11 or 12 years and she needs to find a new home, rather than remain stored in my barn. She has never been stored outside since I have owned her and I have only sailed her in fresh water. The trailer is included and is in excellent condition. I have the title to both the boat and trailer.

A barely used main sail cover is included to protect the main sail when it is stored on the boom.
Cabin sleeps up to four. Bedding cushions are in good condition.
Trailer is in excellent condition.
