The upholstery was replaced about 3 years ago.

Sleeps 5 with a drop down dinette
Needs a power wash on the outside. I usually pull her out every quarter but due to work, I've not been able to this season.
Has a road worthy trailer with brand new tires.
I drove her from Dallas to Houston no problems.
Has new battery on board and all lights work.
