This is a nice boat that need just a couple of things.
The hatch that is behind the tiller needs to be replaced and I recently bought it - just have not installed it yet.
It has a main in nice condition with a 100 and 150 jib also in good condition.
It has a 4 hp 2 stroke motor that runs like brand new. The interior has no cushions but could be easily purchased.
This is a nice boat that someone will really enjoy.
