Wayfarer Islander 32
Deliverance is a 32 foot-long 1965 Wayfarer Islander mono-hull sloop made of fiberglass in California.
This boat followed us home when a friend heard that my son wanted to sail to the Bahamas for his High School graduation in May 2009.
He sold us Deliverance and work began.
This full keel boat drawing 4.5 feet had been languishing at the dock and in a matter of four months was set to go to the Bahamas and had a successful month-long voyage beginning May 30, 2009.
The boat was restored mechanically, electrically, pulmbingly and riggingly.
