Very good condition
Cabin cushions are cloth - not vinyl
Sleeps two adults
Main and jib, both in good condition. The previous owner added slugs to the main, which makes it easier to raise and lower.
The trailer is in good condition with bearings repacked last year. Two new spare tires are included.
The previous owner had a Johnson Colt (1.3 hp), which needs a tune-up and a new starter rope that I will throw in with the deal, (though with my previous Potter, I never used a motor - if you haven't sailed one before, they're quite easy to maneuver).
This boat was very well-maintained by the gentleman from whom I purchased it. I'd love to keep it, but due to family illness, I haven't been able to sail it since I bought it and don't foresee the situation changing in the near future.
